Fatigued Truck Driver Causing a New Mexico 18 Wheeler Wreck

When a New Mexico 18 wheeler wreck is caused by a fatigued truck driver, a victim of this dangerous and often deadly type of auto accident should call our Albuquerque trucking accident lawyers.  This is because New Mexico law and federal regulations under the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) require truck drivers to have certain rests/breaks, time limits on driving, and to NOT operate any motor vehicle when feeling tired or fatigued.  Any time a truck driver causes a serious or deadly New Mexico 18 wheeler wreck due to fatigue or sleepiness, victims may be entitled to compensation.  Learn more about why in the post by the Caruso Law Offices, P.C.

COULD TRUCK DRIVER FATIGUE HAVE CAUSED THE FATAL LORDSBURG TRUCKING ACCIDENT ON I-10?

Could the Fatal Lordsburg Trucking Accident on I-10 Been Caused by Truck Driver Fatigue?

We have been following a fatal Lordsburg trucking accident on I-10 that has been reported by several news agencies. A semi tractor trailer truck driver crossed the centerline median and hit another semi tractor trailer head on, and then hit a pickup truck. The 18 wheelers engulfed in flames. Both semi tractor trailer drivers died, as did an adult occupant of the pickup truck. A few days after the Lordsburg trucking accident, the second adult occupant of the pickup truck passed away. The only survivor is a 13-year-old girl in the pickup truck who was listed in critical condition. There are no updates on the condition of the brave, young girl. There are also no updates as to the investigation of the cause of the crash.
